"I saw the reviews, and I really wanted to like this place. But, nope! What I do, that others may not do, is was the prep area while my food is being made. So, to begin with, when I walked in the place smelled like a metallic blood scent that someone had tried to bleach away. You know, the kind of scent that makes you inhale deeply the second time to be sure you smelled what you thought you smelled. That should have been my clue to walk back out, but with the benefit of doubt, I ordered anyway.Here is where my experience will cause me to NEVER eat there again. Great burgers! Friendly service. Big menu with lot's to choose, from burgers, steak sandwiches, salads, etc. A hole in the wall with thick, hearty burgers. We'd go back again when we're passing through.

I have my food really fast. the breakfast burger I recommend it absolutely amazing. my hostess was very at the point and I didn't even have to repeat myself. all about it was a good experience and I will go back next time in the city

lulus is defiantly not what it once was. Lulus used to be a very friendly and welcoming place to take your kids but the last couple of times were not. it used to be one of our favorite restaurants to go to bit not anymore. Window service is horrible. first they left us sitting at the window for almost 15 minutes and never came over addressed us or anything. our order was a call in to go. and then the girl that came to the window acted like she had 0 clue that we had not called ahead or that we had not been helped when she kept looking at us waiting through the window. both girls looked bored and like they did not want to be there. they put the food in the bag upside down and sideways so as n...
