"This was my first visit to the restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, the workers were nice and the overall experience was positive. The menu is very vegetarian friendly and lets you know what is or can be made vegetarian. All of this means nothing if the food isn't good. It wasn't terrible, it just tasted like the cook seasoned it badly. I ordered the Herb O'vore's tofu tacos. The tofu was cooked well but marinated in a bar-b-que like mixture. That is the best I can describe it. It tasted decent but did not go well with the tacos. They were pretty bland as well, there was an odd flavor that overpowered the tomatoes that were in the tacos. I absolutely adore this restaurant because of its cozy atmosphere and the wide variety of vegan options, including big tacos, burritos, and bowls that are clearly labeled on the menu. The margaritas are also delicious. However, my absolute favorite dish is the Pennsyltucky tofu. While it is listed as an appetizer, I often order it as my main meal because it is hands down one of the best tofu dishes I have ever had.

I love that this restaurant offers vegetarian options throughout the entire menu. It's convenient not having to ask for special accommodations. They even offer vegan sour cheese as a substitute for everything, which is perfect for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant. The fried tofu appetizer is delicious and a crowd-pleaser. The fajitas were excellent and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. I wish I could give this place 5 stars because they truly cater to their vegan customers.

I used to not enjoy Crazy Mex because it didn't feel like authentic Mexican food to me. However, after recently giving it another try, I have become obsessed. They offer a wide variety of options on the menu, including many vegan choices with substitutes like vegan sour cream and cheese. I highly recommend trying the Pennsyltucky tofu, which is deep-fried and served with a delicious sauce. My non-vegan family also enjoys dining there, and we appreciate the nice happy hour specials and outdoor terrace seating.
