The owner, Alexis, is sometimes the maître d', the waiter, the bartender and the chef, it all depends on the time you are dropping in. He does a terrible job marketing his restaurant; as I found this place randomly driving by; but he does an amazing job keeping his customers happy. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the menu.
