"Honestly this was the most disappointing Hawaiian food I've ever had. It was my first time there, I was the first one up in line and they didn't even acknowledge I was there. Finally they asked what I wanted, I got the Katsu, Kimchi, Macaroni Salad, White Rice, Teriyaki Chicken and Spicy Ahi Poke. The Ahi Poke comes in a small container bowl, for the extra cost not worth it. The Teriyaki Chicken and Katsu were flavorless. I was not a fan at all, the macaroni salad had potatoes in it? I've never had Hawaiian Macaroni Salad with potatoes, it did not taste that great. Kimchi was also very bland. When I was asked what sauce I wanted I asked for 3 sirachas, when I got home I had 5 soy sauce pack...

The people working behind the counter are listless and vapid. Orders can take up to 20 minutes to fulfill because the employees do not communicate, nor do they care about service. The food is fine; one can find better without the hassle.Food: 3/5

We ordered 7 plates, and were missing items in our plates. White rice was hard and very soggy. We paid a lot money only to get missing food items we paid an extra fee for and hard soggy white rice.Teriyaki and Katsu chicken both tasted old and sour!! Not to mention some of our plates were smashed together.AND THE FACT THAT TWO OF OUR EMPLOYEES WENT HOME EARLY FROM STOMACH PAIN AFTER EATING THE FOOD SMH!! Do not be fooled by the reviews and 5stars its a hit or miss with this place! ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!

Food is good as always since I 've been coming here.Service used to be good. Now it 's not bad. It 's really bad. We came in at 825pm and long haired dude grumbled why are all these orders coming in now? to his coworker next to him. That second guy also looked annoyed. When I asked questions about the menu, first guy gave answers acting like you should know this . No enthusiasm and just plain rude. We should 've really left on the spot. If you don 't like your job, then don 't work here. Nobody is forcing you to. Last time I patronize this business.

"Beer as good as any Brewery in the area…service oof you can do so much better even just by walking 50’ it’s definitely their weakest point bringing it way down on the places you should check out (most bars serve their beer skip it and go elsewhere) Clarification for response: Bartenders paid more attention to their friends and coworkers than their customers (if you know who works here I’m sure you get great service), at bar seating with no one in line and bartenders chatting and an empty glass had to go to the register to even have a chance at being recognized in order to get a drink (yes they serve people at the bar directly without being in line), very patient very calm but bartenders and other employees couldn’t care less this all equals bad service imo everyone is free to make up their own minds."

"30 minutes early no problem. Beverage orders immediately removed. 3 minutes later, a 4 or 5 ounces of Martini was before me. As for food black bean soup a unique and excellent beginning. Steak made exceptionally perfect. Garlic potatoes the best ever. Never disappoint."

It was very interesting to say the least. Didn't taste like anything I had before. I didn't taste the coffee really but the different components in this drink. You get hints of banana cream foam, miso caramel, and latte flavors randomly and subtlety. The latte isn't sweet and the espresso isn't strong so you don't get that bold coffee taste. Cool to try once but I wouldn't get it again.Truffle Croissant Sandwich $9): I asked them to add veggies only had lettuce) since I needed my fiber but lettuce doesn't go with the sandwich. The sandwich itself was big and filling. I also felt like they had a bunch of different flavor profiles that were good individually but didn't work cohesively. I tasted everything but the truffle-parm though which is supposed to be in the gravy. The egg was runny which was nice. The gravy was good and not salty. My favorite thing about the sandwich was probably the everything croissant. I think it would be really good by itself as well. Similar to the latte, the sandwich was good to try once since it's different but it wasn't savory enough to satisfy my umami taste buds. Wouldn't get it again."

"This particular Benihana location is one of the oldest in the world, being one of the first franchise stores. While this may not always be a positive thing, in this case it is fantastic. The restaurant has remained true to its original roots, with many long-term employees. The experience was wonderful, meeting all my expectations for a top-notch Benihana. This is not always the case in my recent experiences at Benihana locations in the Southwest (NV, CA) over the past two years. I have visited Benihana over 300 times in 30 years and found that the portions and quality remain consistent. Our Chef provided an excellent cooking experience. I highly recommend visiting this Benihana location in Vegas, especially if you are a local with a Westgate players card to take advantage of the Locals' Thursday special."
