"Thrilled to see Armando Cinda's Mandito's open in Round Top. Was there opening night and was amazed at how smoothly everything went!! And have been back 2 more times. Always enjoyed my food!! Happy to taste some of my favorite Mexican food that I had back in the 80's at the original Armando's!! Looking forward to trying Lulu's!!!"

The food was wonderful! And great friendly service. Tamales were perfect with lots of meat and cheese enchiladas were divine, love the smokey retried beans. I'll be back soon.

"My mom, sister and I stopped in on our way home from the Hill Country in Dec and what a delight it was. The owner makes you feel right at home. We came for the pies, but I order the steak and it is one the best streaks I have ever had, from the presentation to the first bit and last bite it was so tasty and moist the it literally melted in you r mouth. Then came the pies OH my so many to choose from. We each got a different one and a couple to take home. It is differently one of my favorite places to eat!!! Can't wait to go again!!!"

"Superior service. I would give them a five but the seafood Alfredo tasted like white wine carbonara sauce...and the garlic bread was pretty tasteless. We went week of show so hey it's a busy time and they had a reduced menu. Otherwise, salmon was a pretty significant size and delicious. Dessert was to die for, huge piece of cheesecake and bread pudding made by one of the staffs sister... AMAZING. If you can get a seat outside..do"

"We moved to the area a year ago and had hoped Manditos would be our new go-to for Tex Mex. So much so that even though we said we wouldn’t be back after our first experience , we gave it 3 chances throughout the year -NOT during antique shows . All 3 times were horrible experiences. Almost all 3 visits they were “out” of one or more of our menu choices so we had to choose something else, food was mediocre and to make things worse, service was rude, and we were treated like an inconvenience. Well, sorry to say, it’s 3 strikes your out! There are way better dining experiences in Roundtop, by far !"

"On the way to Austin we stumbled into this hidden jewel! You had a live band that covers everything from Tupac to Slipknot, but with their Country Twang versions!? Joking over the cover band, but this is a place where you take a beautiful gala before you meet 6th St. In Austin, just to show her how life will be when and when you get older together!? Oh and the cookies are to die!!! Some of the best/softest cookies I've ever had!"
