"Extremely Rude. Terrible Customer Service I made the unfortunate mistake of stopping in here for a bagel when I was working up in the area. It was 2 PM and there were customers inside and outside still. The young man happily took my order and I went to go use the bathroom. A lady followed me into the men?s room and said I was only allowed to use the men?s room because of COVID-19 I said OK no worries. I almost choked on an entire coffee stirrer they just left in my coffee. Will never, EVER order from here again. I have never in my life ever had someone have the audacity to do something so careless to my food or drink.

Food is great but service can be so inconsistent. Some days I?m in and out but today I was late for work because it took 50 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. If they hire more help I?d love to give them a better rating but understaffing and slow service is really something management should be addressing. If they can?t get anyone to apply, maybe try paying your workers more :
