"Very disappointing! We have eaten here since they opened and we eat out ALOT. Pizza used to be very consistant and good but the last couple of times have put this place on our NEVER AGAIN list. The pizza is now thrown together, sloppy, too much sauce, floopy when you pick up everything falls off and so greasy when picked drips everywhere and the bottom is all wet. The customer service is so poor as I told her(lowe) not to give us a 3 inch wide crust and make it well done! Of course she DID NOT acknowledge this, acted like she did not understand and DID NOT care. Had a pizza delivered previously, and they use the same oil and sauce as Pizza Hut. Sorry the sauce gives me stomach problems.

We have used Marcos several times recently. Usually service and food is good. Not today. I ordered at about 4:30 pm for a 6:10 delivery. The order was confirmed twice at 4:50 and again at 5:40. Email at 5:45 that the order was being made. At 6:33 pm email said the order was out for delivery. It came at 6:55, and the pizzas and Calzones were no longer hot, just barely warm. Calzones were not very good, and the pizzas were disappointing. The desert rolls were cold and the icing was missing.
