"I arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 on 3/13/2022. The man came out of the kitchen and did not greet me, instead he just stared at me until I told him what I needed. The whole experience was terrible as the employees were rude and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that working in a restaurant can be tough, but as someone who works in customer service myself, I believe it is important to always treat customers with respect. I clearly told him that I had placed two orders for pick up and gave him the names. I have never encountered any issues at this restaurant. The food is excellent and the customer service is top-notch, whether I am picking up my order or getting it delivered.

My pizza arrived cold, with the toppings only slightly warm. There was no note or knock with the delivery, which was disappointing as the pizza should have been much hotter, considering it was delivered outside.

a month ago I had ordered pizza for me and my family and it was badly delivered, pizza was crushed and luke warm. tonight my family pizza wanted and so I tried again and young I am am amazed at the turn around. the order was made by woman lucy who had apologized and promised a better service, and my shipper, bree was her name, approached with a smile, a bubbly personality with my commands intact and dampened, and on time! I give this restaurant 5 stars after a 1 star. this load is sure to turn around because he makes me happy? they'll see you soon!
