I could see the cashier double charging for topping when I ask why she said she was told by the manager to double charge the toppings so I refused to pay and called Ruston location and the same exact order, same exact topping was $10 less then called back and ask for the manager and she has no answer. All she had to say if I don’t like it, I can go to Reston."

"The steak and cheese sandwich had everything I didn't want. It had tomatoes, spicy peppers, and a super sweet ingredient. The bread was soggy, and I ended up feeling sick. I believe it was the combination of mushy bread, hot tomatoes, and sweet spicy flavors that made me feel that way. Overall, it was a terrible experience."

"I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered food to go and didn’t check my bag thoroughly when I picked it up. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I called to explain the situation, but they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone and that I needed to speak to a manager in person. When I arrived, they continued to argue with me. Eventually, I became frustrated and left without resolving the issue. After this experience, I will look for other locations in the future."

"Phenomenonal restaurant! Been here many times and will be back several more! The salmon is second to none. It is the best salmon I have ever had on the east coast! The cooking method and cream sauce that they use is heavenly! I also love their blueberry pie dinner muffins, and fresh mashed potatoes!"
