"I had a fantastic first experience at this restaurant and highly recommend it! I ordered the VEGAN shiro (chickpea stew) which was delicious and served in a traditional style, which I loved. The kemem shayi (spiced tea) was also amazing - as a tea lover, I assure you that you can't go wrong with the tea here. The atmosphere was perfect with clean surroundings, soft music, and excellent customer service. A small detail, but the bathroom even smelled really good! Definitely visit this place, you won't be disappointed."

I had a great time at this restaurant. They played fantastic Eritrean and Ethiopian music, as well as hip hop. The people were friendly and the owner was down-to-earth, personally serving guests. The service was polite and efficient. Thank you, Marrissi Cafe!

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time. I have a love for lamb and spicy dishes, so I decided to order the Lamb Tibsi, served with enjera. It was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fantastic and I couldn't get enough of it. The portion size was generous and i couldn't finish it all in one sitting. I will definitely be returning to sample more of their spicy dishes.
