As usual, the compounded a simple order and then when we got the substitute food they did not get the bungalow as they should, and the cheese was laboriously half on the box and half on the burger. I would recommend if you are not 10 or younger, you should find anothe McDonalds to go to other than the White House location. They do not care about their customers or the satisfaction of their customers at all.

I just went in ordered a large unsweetened tea with extra ice. I was told by the cashier to check it as she couldn't understand what the girl who fixed it said. It was sweet. The cashier got me another one. Then a guest came to the counter...her order was wrong. I then heard one worker loudly tell another that she, too, was working two different areas too. It sounded as though everyone behind the counter, except the cashier, was yelling at someone. When I returned to my car a truck pulled in beside me. Apparently he had gone through the drive through his order was wrong. I think this store needs NEW management some vital instructions on getting an order correct!!! And....what is appropriate...

Terrible experience! This was my first time to this location and I left with a less than pleasant story. It was HEAVILY raining the day I took my wife and toddler here. The floor was like an ice skating rink because they didn 't have any mats on the floor. (Picture attached) we proceeded into the play place where another parent was cleaning a table with a wipe. She offered for us to use the table because no employee would be coming to clean it. She said, the place was disgusting when we got here. When I went to order food there was a customer in front of me that had to show the young man behind the register how to ring up her frappe. Apparently this customer works at a different location.
