"I visit this McDonald's nearly every other day! While some of the employees could improve their customer service, others are great. This is pretty typical for a fast-food restaurant! Whenever there's an issue with my order, they are always willing to fix it. One employee, Shayla, inspired me to write this review. I hope I've spelled her name right! I just ordered a drink, and she made sure to bring it to me at the first window, which saved me from waiting. I've never had anything negative to say about this place!"

I encountered a really lovely girl at the register! She was very helpful and even brought our meals to us while we were still eating, which speaks to how quickly the food was prepared. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The restrooms and dining area were exceptionally clean. They were out of mild sauce, and the espresso machine was not working, but I understand that this falls more on management and isn't surprising. It's tough for a restaurant to be perfect!

The restaurant had clean facilities and was quite busy since it was a Saturday night. I waited a few minutes at the counter before someone acknowledged me. I ordered a medium shake, which I believe was prepared by the manager. When he made my shake and added whipped cream on top, he noticed a hair on the cover. He quickly replaced it with another shake on the house. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this McDonald's without any hesitation.
