Continue to have issues with fries (old/cold or undercooked). Doesn't follow instructions too remove ingredients either. Quality has gone down the last few months.

It's the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to Bay Area. It is nice to get a Big Mac layered nice and not all lopsided And the staff is fast, friendly and accommodating.
