"extremely rude manager on shift @2pm 07/23, of which, like to scream to customers through the drive-thru window. this person has clearly forgotten that she is in customer service. a simple /polite request would have been sufficient, but this low i.q trailer park person felt the need to take a job with me to not wait on the job, radio for an order that already paid and marked as ready for picking up. She has tried not to recognize me as long as she could and then was overly rude and obviously not understand barking orders with someone who is not a McDonalds employee does not keep water. This is possibly the best McDonald's in the world. I have been coming here for close to 20 years. Every time I have had an issue with my order, it has been promptly resolved.
