"Just went through the line. Was really long but it was dinner rush so I get it. Some guy in line got mad the ice cream machine was down..which it's mcdonalds who's surprised. But he started yelling at the manager trying to take his order. She politely apologized about no shakes but that if he was going tonyell he can leave. For years, on our drive from KC to JC, we have stopped at this McDonald’s just to use clean restrooms. Starting this year, we can no longer do that…. The last 3—4 times we’ve stopped here the restrooms are DISGUSTING. Last time we mentioned it to the manager on duty. Clearly it did no good.
