Let me start by saying a 3-star overall rating. I'm surprised by ordered my food on the app, and it was completely wrong. The lobby is not open, so I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through to correct it what should have been a 5 min stop for FAST FOOD turned into a hour plus to get my correct food. Truly redefining the fast food definition here don't stop if you're in a hurry.

the only problem that I have about this place is the ride-dru line, at most days it is the whole way to the main street causing problems for people who drive past most days that stay in this line is a 25-30 minute wait, so mcdonald is better what they want when they will be in this line? I'm just glad that the last two have been there that they got my order right because they haven't been on most days

the night shift was very unprofessional. only the manager was rude. I've told the staff the order numbers more than three times. I tried to tell the manager (female, blue long-sleeved shirt with pony tail) 3 times, the order numbers. the manager threw the window in my face twice. she didn't let me finish telling her the remaining numbers. she had bad customer employees throughout the process. I waited 56 minutes for a terrible experience. I understand that they can be shorthanded, but being unprofessional was not known.
