"The experience here is disappointing. Like many places, they clearly have staffing issues, which means the dining room often closes early and they typically have only one drive-thru open, leading to longer wait times. I usually just order one drink or a coffee, along with a cheap sandwich, and I don’t encounter any issues—especially if you have the app. With the app, you can often get something for free or for just $1 each day and earn points for even more free items later on. This is what lifts my rating to 4 stars instead of just 3. To be fair, it is McDonald's, so my expectations are already quite low. Overall, it’s an average experience, albeit affected by staffing problems."

I've been getting my coffee from this McDonald's for many years. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the staff is also fantastic. I've met many of them, and they are hardworking and genuinely caring individuals who provide exceptional customer service. This location is a complete mess. I've had to request credits from DoorDash several times because of the poor management here. They are severely short-staffed and lack the necessary skills to prepare and deliver hot, fresh fast food. Recently, they have even locked their doors during peak hours due to their staffing shortages. I'm sharing this to warn others about the numerous issues I've faced.
