"One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area, and honestly one of the best lunch options in all of Durham. This city has a lot of great food but it can be pricey even in the face of record setting inflation, Michoacán continues to be a proud exception. The prices are extremely affordable, the portion sizes are tremendous, and the food is simply delicious. Don’t take my word for it each lunch hour, the place is packed full of construction workers; and if that’s not an indicator of hidden gems, I don’t know what is. I highly recommend this place!"

I placed an order online for take out. I was greeted and my food was ready when I arrived. The order was correct. The food was still warm by the time I got home and tasted good. I will try dining in next time.

simply some of the best Mexican food in the city. amazing prices for the amount of food they get, it is enough for me for three days, but it is enough food for a couple. comes with delicious tortillas, crispy chips and delicious salsa! edit: oct 2022 I had her elote and it was amazing!

I LOVE this place! I had a quesadilla and my husband had a combo Fajita. This food is incredible! I am very picky with Mexican food. Everything here is made fresh. I never have had anything from here that was not tasting homemade. I personally am not a Mexican food lover, yet their food is so good I find myself wanting to go back weekly!
