"This is the second time Ibe ordered and there was real issues with my order. The first time I was given beef instead of Impossible Beast Style Combo. This most recent time, I was give frozen "grilled onion" like literally freezer cold on an otherwise warm sandwich and overcooked patty. Im over it. The food has gone down in quality tremendously. I used to appreciate having a burger chain that got impossible burgers and did them well. Now its just garbage. Wont be reordering."

the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was made sloppy. the spread wasn apos;t added nicely evenly on the sandwich and it was stuffed w/wet lettuce that made the bottom of the sandwich wet.
