"We were in the early evening at Casareccio on 09/07/2017.To be sure to get a place, we called before and to 17:30 - because of the great weather - we had to reserve a table outside. Despite our reservation made by phone and confirmed, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in front of the restaurant until we actually got a table. That was already a little incomprehensible, as there was a free table too. in contrast to us, these guests were not yet there, because we could have simply sit down and prepare the table for the perhaps still appearing guests in all rest, we were there and had a table ad. especially annoying (for us:) the guests didn't come until 18:30.The first hurdle was taken, but we sat once. After another waiting time a nice woman came to us to the table and asked us what we would want to order. because we had no card yet and this was our first visit, we did not know the offer. orally, the dame then counted a lot, but we wanted to look into a map, even if there (the nice lady) would not be anything in there by far. After a further waiting period, three cards were taken to the table. these were actually quite clear from the offer. I do not see this as a disadvantage, because it facilitates the decision and the kitchen can concentrate on a few dishes. as my wife liked to taste the bruschetta, she ordered one as an appetizer and a pizza margherita as a main dish. our sohn decided to have a pizza salami with little cheese, and I went forward for a minestrone and as a main dish for the tagliatelle Alfredo. The appetizers came quite fast and were likewise quickly fed, as we had already starved quite great. the bruschetta consisted of four small to very small, crispy broth pieces with neatly tweezable and only a little tomate as well as a sauce with a lot oregano. my wife expected something else, but it tasted both my wife and our son.My minestrone also tasted very good. all the nice in the suppe seemed fresh. Unfortunately we had to wait for the main dishes again, but were still sufficiently saturated by the appetizer. All three main dishes were delivered at a time and the pizza for our sohn was nicely already pre-cut. the pizza dough of both pizzas was nicely thin and crispy and the ****. in spite of cheese and salami nothing in fat. my noodles (spaghetti were served instead of tagliatelle) were boiled on the spot, the processed mushrooms were fresh and the amount was sufficient. tasted it all good (my wife) to very good. We were not offered a dessert, but for reasons of time we would no longer have managed to do it.I ordered the bill in the restaurant, because no one from the service staff has read out for more. despite the request, we had to wait a little longer for the bill. The waiting times were really unusual this evening. the entire service staff, but was always friendly and very striving and helpful. the circumvent with the guests was more joyful than business. the quality of the food was more than appropriate for the trips, because these fell rather low for a good Italian in hamburg. the bruschetta was not even calculated and the pizza of our sohne (which was also somewhat smaller than a normal pizza) was not fully calculated. The ambiente in the outside was ok, you are not sitting far away from a busy main road and much deko there was also not. We were even offered a firefighter insert with blue light and martinshorn the firefighter station lying right next to the restaurant. we (especially our son) found this very interesting, but the loudness of the fire-fighting vehicles is not something for everyone. but probably this is not so often the case.Everything in all we were satisfied and will certainly eat again there, but we cannot really understand the overwhelming evaluations: yes, eating was good to very good, but by no means overwhelming. yes, the service very friendly and endeavors. But the waiting period despite previous reservations we felt as unnecessary and inconvenient."
