"Service was horrible. We was told to get a lane online even though we were in the building. We wasn't able to get a lane online. But other customers we able to walk up and get a lane. We bought our shoes so that we could play with our family but they didn't allow us to hop on the lane once we got on a lane it froze and no one came to reset the time for us. The staff was extremely over worked you could see it on there face. And in there attitude. As a paying customer they didn't take the time to explain anything. They all need to be retrained on customer service. And if they had it I didn't see any hand sanitizer or anything to that nature. The bathroom also was disgusting. They truly need t...

Fun place for a work Christmas party... Employees were helpful and nice, lanes worked well..Great place to bring the family. Just had a b-day gathering there and everyone was very helpful. The arcade is a lot of fun also.Very enjoyable and fun activity to do with friends and family. We went on a Friday night.
