If you go when Alturo is behind the counter, expect top notch flavor and great conversation.Tried the Hectors Omelet on the recommendation and to of Alturo and it was delicious. Shrimp, cheese and pico inside fluffy eggs and a creamy white cheese and jalapeno sauce over the top, paired with crispy hash browns made my day.You won't walk away from the Night and Day Cafe hungry or unhappy. Highly recommended!!!"
