"Went out for date night with another pair and were quite nervous when we read the negative reviews. We just wanted to have a cocktail and then go somewhere else for dinner, but then we decided to stay and see for ourselves how the experience would be. Here's our take: waitress was okay. Maybe she was new, but we had to leave her every time we needed refills on the water or more wine. The food was really pretty good. I liked the red sauce very much, what, as an Italian and a home cook itself, was certainly a surprise. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and we stayed chatting for so long, we ordered dessert. It was okay. Brownie and the ice cream were good, but I'd rather have had a h...

The food was not good. Not much meat in any dish. Kinda tasted like frozen food to us. The waitress was very cheerful. But slow. Not sure of the pizza as we got pasta.

We were really excited to try here, being that we were from out of town. Apparently should've read reviews first, live and learn. Fried ravioli had no plating, just a few thrown on a large plate. What started the real issue was when there was a bug crawling in my salad, not a gnat they fly and then one in my daughter's salad as well. Both salads were different types of lettuces. My husband's lasagna had 20 layers of pasta with what appeared to be no filling. My chicken cremosi tasted good but my stomach has been upset into the the next morning. 2 stars for the waitress who was apologetic and kind.

I have never had a more bland flavorless gross dish. My meal was described as having roasted veggies. The identifiable veggies in it were definitely frozen and canned. The Caesar salad I ordered was even gross?.how do you mess up a salad?! The bread was even stale sliced hard baguette served with diner packets of butter. Super disappointed. Waitress we had was kind but definitely not the greatest at her job. Our glasses were never refilled and she didn?t really offer much of a solution when we told her the food was gross. None of it was touched when we left. I don?t know how this place is still in business honestly. It reminds me of a restaurant that needs to be on kitchen nightmares. 10/10...

"Good, but could have been better... For beginners, the quality of food at Burgrz is better than that of the great fast food chains, but you pay a bit more. The service was very fast and friendly, and they offer a variety of options for your burger. The Restaraunt was clean as the bathroom (this is the Litmus test for restaurant cleanliness). If the bathroom is a mess, the kitchen is worse, and you should run away, but I'm going to dive. Burgrz is very clean and well managed. I ordered a bacon cheese burger, regular size waffle fries, and a regular size soft drink. The total amount was $10.89. My food was brought to my table, and I was presented with a bunch of waffleries on one side of the plate and a great looking burger on the other. The Kaiser-Back was roasted, and it was clear that it would keep everything in itself well. Unfortunately, after my first bite, the beef in the middle seemed like a reflection. Most of the sand that was ugly, and I had only salad, onion, cheese, ketchup and Mayo. I expected a half-inch thick patty, but it was just a little thicker than a Whopper patty. However, it was juicy, and the taste of beef itself was very good, and far better than any fast food beef paste. It is clear that they use fresh ground beef, and all toppings were fresh and high quality, especially the salad that was fresh, crunchy and cool as it should be. Weapons were a disappointment. They were only bland waffle shaped french french french french french. Typically, wafers have a wort on them, similar to curly frits. At least that was my experience with weaponries. The whole food was hot and fresh and quickly brought to me. But if you're looking for a burger comparable to Red Coat I was hoping for, you won't find it at Burgrz. Compared to Five Guys, Burgrz tastes better beef, but there are fewer beef. There is room for improvement, especially the waffles fries, but Burgrz is worth a try. I'll go back there and next time try something else as the onion rings. Value: B- Service: A Presentation: A Taste: C Cleanliness of restaurant: A Overall: B (3.399 of 4)"
