We went to Nobu at the Galleria in Houston for dinner on Monday 21st of august at 7:30. When we arrived, we saw that there were plenty of seating's available, we asked for a table, and they gave us one with only two seatings. We asked for a bigger table with four seating's because my father didn't feel comfortable in that seating, and they told us that they didn't have any space left. So, we left the restaurant at 7:40, and we checked on Open Table if they had any open reservations and by our surprise it said it had 7 tables available and we reserved on for a party of four at 7:4...

Had wonderful dinner in Nobu. Your tea selection is excellent – must taste Hojicha and orchids. I actually like her hot plates as a cold plate. Also highly recommend the Toro Sushi. For dessert, get the strawberry yuzu cloud plate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very good.

Nobu. The name signifies taste on a level above. And this location delivers on that. This small location has very succulent and tasty food served quickly by very attentive staff. The only reason I'm going with a 4 is because I'd like a little bit more food per order. After the 4th or 5th dish arrived I started to see a small pattern emerging. Food great, amount lacking. Parking was a breeze with the valet service outside. We may be back when we're not so hungry.

I thing the best of Nobu is the quality of fish they serve! It actually melted in your mouth, so delicious, your actually paying for the quality and service! Great atmosphere.. I been in Nobu Las Vegas and Malibu, and this one is very casual compared to the others. We order the sampler’s menu I thing they call it like that for $125 each person and you get a lot of food. We couldn’t finish the whole thing. I also couldn’t take picture of everything but is worth it for the price, plus you try a lots of thing from the menu.. each plate is average 20$ $40 with this option you get like 6 plates plus dessert.
