"I've never ordered from Noodles Company. I was always hesitant because I'm gluten-sensitive. Only the word 'Noodle' made me think the menu was not all inclusive for different ingredients needs. However, they have a gluten-sensitive Mac and cheese. The noodles in it- you would never have expected to be gluten-free. It is labeled as 'gluten sensitive' and NOT 'gluten free', I would assume because there are other items that contain gluten on site. By far the best GS Mac and cheese I've ever had. I added to the Mac the parmesian boiled chicken. Game made in heaven. Also the well drinks had a perfect ratio of coal and syrup. It can sometimes be difficult to find.
