"my rating of 5 stars is really for rafael, not for oath pizza. the pizza gets 3 stars, I'll explain later. rafael: in a world where I went in restaurants like davio in braintree and are ignored by hostess and coworkers, I really appreciate that from the moment I walk in the restaurant, they greeted and greeted us. Yes, so it should be done. what I loved about them is that they have explained the menu and how we can customize our order. they also assured us that we could take our time. many thanks for that, because dinning should be a pleasant experience. they were helpful and efficient. they went beyond and beyond bringing our pizza in boxes, presuming that we would take some of them home....

The staff working here today were wonderful! I accidentally grabbed the wrong order (which can happen anywhere), but they were incredibly understanding and offered to make me a brand-new, fresh pizza. I really enjoyed it—it was absolutely delicious!

Overall, it was just okay. The crust was reminiscent of Pizza Hut—crispy and a bit oily, with a wood-fired finish. If you're looking for toppings, you might be disappointed. And if you’re vegan, be prepared to scrape the ‘cheese’ off the whole pizza just to get enough for a single slice. I’d consider ordering again if they’d let me make my own in the back!

When I called the store to report this issue, the manager dismissed my complaint outright, insisting that he had personally made and packaged the pizzas. Even after I sent him pictures as proof, he insisted that, having worked there for over a year, there was no way he could have made that mistake. He also said that to get a refund for a $13.50 pizza, I would need to go through HR, despite the fact that I had ordered eight pizzas. Eventually, he agreed to refund me, but he was unclear about when that would be processed. I never expected such a poor response from this establishment, especially from a manager. If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it!
