"Good food from Great Staff... I grew up in Nashville and didn't eat at an O'Charley's in nearly 40 years. I remember the good reputation they had at the time. I convinced my husband to give it an attempt, although we usually tend to avoid a franchise and look for local food during the trip. Wow! We were both impressed. You have a kind of delicious butter potato dish that was incredible the salads were awesome, the whole meal was good. Honestly, what made it a great meal was our waiter Adam. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, personable and attentive."

My daughter and I had lunch at Hixson Pike today. Nice greeting when we came in. Billy, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Had soup and salad, plus half club and soup. Everything tasted great, even the roles were great. Go on.

They are always excellent with to-go orders. Their quality is consistent and they go the extra mile with packaging you food in an intelligent way, the soggy Burger Bungalows or anything typical of To-go orders. Even if I would enjoy the dine of another restaurant in options more, I would rather choose this location to go for all orders. You always have five stars.

Nice to see Susie back from surgery, I missed her service and smile. The potato soup leaves much to wish, but the happy hour prices are great. The boy who sat me was very rude. But I always had good experiences in the bar with Susie, so I won't let him stop getting me in. I hope 2022 will be a better year for this restaurant, they have fought too much in the past and are due!!
