"The service at this restaurant was terrible. We were seated right away, but after waiting for 20-30 minutes without a server, we had to get up from our table to refill our water and even look at the menu, while other tables around us were being served. When we finally caught the attention of someone who appeared to be the manager, our order was taken but not written down. We were then informed that they were short-staffed because some employees had returned to college. We waited another 30-45 minutes for our food, and everything arrived except for mine, as they had forgotten to place the order in the kitchen. We all have bad days, and we all have busy days. When food takes more than 2 hours to come and is awful then unfortunately you get a bad review. I’d never come here again. Nothing was worth it.
