"We went to Osaka about a year ago and had a decent experience so decided to go back. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Didn’t have two of the items on the menu. They gave me wrong fish. Husband was missing part of his dish. And overall food taste was not good. The sauce my fish was in made my stomach turn. Shall I go on? Service was poor in the fact that it was slow, did not care that we were unhappy. The only nice thing is they have a fish tank and the kids enjoyed that."

The food timing was horrible the servers did their beat but things came out so poorly timed that no one ate together . The owner sat at the bar oblivious to the dismal attitude of most tables . He has great chefs and waitstaff but someone needs to run the show or we will stop being loyal patrons !

Something has changed in the past 3-6 months or so? Osaka has been my favorite restaurant for a while now. The last time I had the Chilean Sea Bass (my favorite dish) it very different and not any good. I still will keep coming to check out other items. Also, I miss the hibachi. Not sure why you got rid of that...
