"Wow!! What the heck has happened to Outback? QSA 1—10 Q-5 S-10 A-3 The modern look that has ruined the entire Outback feel. The food quality has gone down so much in the past 10/15 years I probably won’t be back. And why do the servers have assistants now? Can the servers not do there job? They have to tip out 5% of their sales to server assistants. Nevermind if you made A good tip on the table or not, the server assistant is getting money either way-who never came by the table once. The food came out at a very reasonable time, cooked as ordered. We will return here.

Delicious food as always. Great wait staff. The prices seemed to have gone up, but that was to be expected.

I don't know why people would pay as much as they do for steaks here. The salads are great, fries are great, desserts and wings are too but the steaks are not even edible! I don't even know why I think it's going to get better when I go about every 6 six months. You can go to Connors for the same price and the quality of meat is going to be 100x better!!! I had a ribeye there other day it was so chewy I couldn't get a knife through it, then went to filet, better but not good quality!

"The last time we dined here we had a wonderful experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all conducive to a pleasant evening.Perhaps Covid can be blamed for the less than great experience this past Saturday the It was our wedding anniversary and we decided to return for what we hoped would be another enjoyable evening. We were met at the door and told that our table would be ready shortly and we could wait outside. We entered promptly and the hostess wished us a Happy Anniversary and we were shown to our table. The server was prompt in his attention to our drink order and took our appetizer order when he retuned with our drinks. Our appetizers and then our salads arrived shortly after and all was going well. Upon completion of our salads we waited quite a while for our entrees. When they arrived the waiter apologized that they had taken so long indicating there was an issue in the kitchen.Unfortunately we quickly realized that the issue was that our entrees had been waiting for pick up for some time because they were cool to lukewarm at best and the mushrooms were cold. There was a young man in an oversized sweater who continuously strode through the dining room asking how things were. He asked during the drinks, appetizer and salad course and then while we waited for our entree he quickly past our table with no notice. Once our entrees arrived he made a point of avoiding our table for the rest of the evening. No, we did not complain. We decided to enjoy our evening and ate very little of our food. Once home we washed the cold and heavy sauce off my steak and our puppies have been enjoying steak on their dinners since.Regretfully we will not be returning to The Chop House anytime soon. Perhaps we will wait a few months and see if things have improved based on customer reviews after this one. There are many steakhouses that are closer to home but The Chop House had been special for us in the past"
