"I needed to write this review for this location. When my group of 4 were seated, originally no one came to wait on us. No “drinks?”, no “how are you?”. The manager was quick to assist us and make things right after my wife complained to one waiters that kept passing us by. The Gonzales, Louisiana location is horrible. This makes two different occasions when they failed meet any semblance of expectations. First time we went had to send my salmon back three times for being ice cold. This time they couldn't even get the steak right both my sweet potato and my steak or ice cold when they brought it out originally and even after I had to send it back it came back cold again.
