"I have had different experiences at this particular location. The first time, it was awesome. The front staff open the doors for you and greet you as you come in the door. The server was excellent and the food was cooked perfectly.. The second time, the doors weren't opened. The food was cooked poorly, twice. I ended up getting a free meal, just paid the tip. The third time (last night), it was much better. Perhaps the 2nd time was just a bad night for the restaurant. I will be going back."

Friendly employees that deliver the best customer service. Cody is a great waiter and the manager is also very nice. The restaurant is clean and the food is cooked right.

"I usually have a great experience with the food and service at this Panera location. However, yesterday we ordered two of the new chicken sandwiches and were extremely disappointed. They are way overpriced compared to other fast food options and simply not worth it. The sandwiches came with only a few tiny pieces of wilted lettuce, a small amount of bland sauce, no tomato, a small piece of overcooked chicken, and some terrible parmesan chips. They really should either remove this item from the menu or improve it significantly—and they definitely need to lower the outrageous $12 price tag. Also, please bring back the fronted chicken sandwich!"

"This place is amazing. Not sure why all bad reviews. I had a reservation for 1 o'clock, my family ran late, so we had to change it to 130. They were very accommodating for this change. The hostess suggested while I wait, I go to her market. I'm so glad I did it, I found great goodies. The bagels I brought home were just delicious. After that I sat at the bar and had a cocktail and an appetizer, both were amazing as the bartender. When my family arrived, we moved to a table and our server was very friendly and helpful. The whole food was quite amazing, except my mother's chicken sandwich, it was a bit dry. She had a hard time eating it. But overall it was an amazing experience. Thank you."

"I tried the breakfast at this restaurant for the first time and ordered a kombi. They kindly replaced my soda with coffee. I tried the honey-butter chicken biscuit with kartoffeln (not sure what they call it). It was okay, but just not my favorite. I'm sure some people will love it. The dish was hot and fresh with a nice piece of chicken, but I felt it could have used a bit more honey. The biscuit itself was average and serviceable, but nothing extraordinary. The spiced kartoffels, however, were fantastic and should be offered as an alternative to fries throughout the day. I would love to try these kartoffels with nacho cheese. The service was quick and friendly."
