"I usually have a great experience with the food and service at this Panera location. However, yesterday we ordered two of the new chicken sandwiches and were extremely disappointed. They are way overpriced compared to other fast food options and simply not worth it. The sandwiches came with only a few tiny pieces of wilted lettuce, a small amount of bland sauce, no tomato, a small piece of overcooked chicken, and some terrible parmesan chips. They really should either remove this item from the menu or improve it significantly—and they definitely need to lower the outrageous $12 price tag. Also, please bring back the fronted chicken sandwich!"

We chose to order from Panera for Easter dinner, and when we got home, we were extremely disappointed! The pizzas we ordered hardly had any cheese, even though we requested extra cheese. I ordered Thai chicken soup but received corn chowder instead! It contains potatoes, and I’m allergic to potatoes! This is unacceptable service! The La Plata Panera Bread used to be great, but lately, it feels like you no longer care.
