"I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, and some of our group would have. But I am rating my food only, and 3.5 stars is probably more accurate, but 4 stars is very good, which mine wasn't. We were a group of almost 30 people but we didn't all order at the same time. We arrived first and started rearranging the patio tables so we could all sit together. The tables and chairs were all sticky and there was no way to wipe them down. To be fair, the kids in our party had popsicles, which left the tables even dirtier, but they were already dirty when we got there. Anyway, my husband got both of us the pulled pork with gallo pinto and maduro. When he handed me mine, it weighed about 2 poun...

The cuban sandwich in this place has much to be desired. Never have I eaten it with chorizo. According to a very unfriendly manager, this is how its done in this chain. Also, the orange juice was mixed with something powered, much like Tang. Not returning!

"I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"
