"I would not be leaving this review on various review sites if the management had reached out like they were supposed to upon contacting the Panda Express website for feedback/complaints. The worker named Josiah was very rude at the counter. He acted like he was put out that he was having to do his job.I placed an online order at 12:41 to be ready at 12:48.. it eventually got pushed back to 12:50. Ok, that was fine.. I got to restaurant counter. Josiah stated that he didn’t have an order for me.. eventually said it was being made.. stood around waiting with many people. the forks and straws sit at the table of the cash register in an open container. paid for my eating then asked the cash register for one wrapped and protected. she said they ran out! then gave me a grudge with her bare hands. that had counted money all day! smh.
