"This visit was very busy. The ride was very busy inside and inside. I ordered my four meals for my family. After the order, Nia told me I had to wait for Super Greens. The real reason I came. I told her I'd wait. So I sat in the lobby and did. This young lady has made orders, orders outside orders in the lobby as well as orders. After about 15 minutes, I was told that, although the Super Greens were ready, I had to wait for my honey walnut shrimp. The manager Oflyn apologized and offered me a drink for my inconvenience. Although I had to wait for my order for over 30 minutes, I had no problem because they tried so hard. The whole crew checked me all the time and apologized for my inconvenie...

I've been going to this PE for a few years, I always use the drive. Eating is always good, generous portions and great customer service. The ride thru lane can wait a little long at lunch break, especially weekends, but I notice that in all restaurants.
