"Ordered the food with a certain pick up time (ordered at 4 for 5:15 pick up) which was plenty of time to prepare the order. When we got there, we waited 5 minutes before anyone said hello. Then waited another 10 minutes for the order. When we got in the car to check the order, it wasn't ours, not even remotely the correct order. So we went back in and waited another 8 minutes for the order. We checked again and items were still missing, so we waited more. By that time we got the whole order, the original half in our hands was cold. So bummed. This is not the first time either, but we thought to give it another shot. Nope."

very low portions, like it comes out of their paycheck, even one of the small boxes was only half full, worst panda I’ve been to, never going back to this location

It took 45 minutes for me to receive my simple drive-thru order. No warning that it would take that long, no apologies for the wait, and cold food. I watched people behind me receive their food first, customers park, go in, order, eat, and come back out way before I received my food. Completely unacceptable. Won’t be returning. I’m a very understanding person but that’s just ridiculous.
