"This restaurant is absolutely unacceptable! The delivery personnel are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I placed an order for my family last night, but it was delivered to the wrong building. The person who received my order contacted me because my phone number was on the box, and explained that we had the same apartment number but were actually in different buildings. I called the restaurant to request a new order, and they sent a replacement. However, when the new delivery person arrived, he called me yelling that he had been waiting downstairs for 5 minutes and demanded that I come get my order. The delivery driver was extremely rude, refusing to bring my pizza to my door and instead insisting that I walk down the street to collect it. This happened multiple times, with the driver even threatening to drive away if I didn't have shoes on.
