"I ordered a New York style pizza from this restaurant. When it was delivered, I opened the box and discovered that my pizza had no crust, only two slices. I called the store manager and he informed me that New York style pizza does not have a crust. I questioned why two slices had crust while the others did not, and pointed out that the picture on their menu showed a crust. Many times pizza gets delivered cold and opened or burnt. Best if ordered and picked up. Could be better.
