"Please improve the online payment system for orders. I lost $55 because it's still not working. This has been a recurring issue since March 2022. I'm not going out of my way to pay you, so please resolve this problem, or the entire Papa John's company may start losing significant revenue. It's not just an issue at this location; I believe the stock has dropped below $100 partly because of this situation."

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed careless and even made a mess by improperly handling the complimentary garlic sauce, causing it to spill everywhere. I was also surprised by the quality of the pizza—it's hard to believe they can even call it a pizza place.
