"Great service very friendly servers and host! Unfortunately the food was leftover from the weekend and was obviously heated up, very greasy soggy. I had pulled pork and brisket. We were in town for a college football game and we?re looking for a placeto eat that was not fast food . My mom had ribs that were obviously heated up from the weekend and my wife had a porktenderloin sandwich that was very dry with a bun straight from Walmart brand. The inside of the restaurant was clean and nicethe outside looked shady and and we almost didn?t go inside. Lots of clutter around the building and looked a little ghetto."

Great service and great food. The tenderloin was great, and good for 3 meals. The haystack onion rings were wonderful. Not greasy, and cooked just right.

Randomly stopped at Papa?s for a drink on our way home from Macomb. Never heard of it before. It just popped up when we searched bar in Monmouth. Great atmosphere and staff! Saw they had BBQ and even though we had a good lunch a couple hours earlier decidedto try the smoked wings which were amazing! Decided to order some brisket wontons and ribs to take home for supper and it wasthe best food we have had in a long time if not ever. What a random surprise! Will definitely be back! Even the sides were onpoint! Would add a pic but we ate it all! Lol
