The location of Pearl's Tea is great, close to the city with plenty of parking. The interior is clean and has a modern feel, with comfortable but quirky chairs in the common area. They offer charging sockets and a variety of menu options, including vegan milk. The staff were friendly, and my daughter's mango jasmine tea was made quickly and tasted great. They even have board games available for customers to enjoy. Overall, Pearl's Tea is a charming spot that I wouldn't mind visiting again in the future....

I took my girls today and we all really enjoyed it! the staff was so friendly, the facility was very clean, the drinks were carefully made delicious! definitely our new go to tea spot.

Unfortunately, the Stray Kids concert was canceled and there was only one employee working on Sunday. Despite this, the employee worked diligently to ensure that our drinks were served promptly. We are grateful for the excellent customer service. Thank you.

It would be helpful if the menu provided more detailed descriptions to distinguish between each drink, as it can be overwhelming. Although there are some photos available, they are not easily accessible. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still love visiting this place. They use fresh ingredients and offer a variety of alternative milk options, making it a great choice for a refreshing beverage.
