This restaurant specializes in comfort food. The ambiance is lacking, but the prices are high. After Tippens closed down, Pegah's is the only place in town where you can still get delicious pie. While their pies are exquisite, it is worth noting that they are not made in-house; they come from a bakery called Golden Boy Pies.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding! The waitresses always recognize that my son is a boy, despite his long hair. I appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to my family. The food is served quickly and hot. I particularly enjoy the chicken fried steak and eggs, while my husband and kids love the waffles. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. We are thrilled to have such a wonderful place nearby, as we live just down the street. Keep up the great work, Pegah's! We hope to see bloody mary's at the Merriam location in the future.
