I just want everyone to know that pei wei is not the restaurant we once knew. past are the freestyle coke machines, lemon and mandarin orange slices, real slices and fabrics. they have now eat us from plastic dishes and use plastic utensils. food prices remain the same, but the amount of protein has shrunk. what I got at my last visit was a large bowl of lumpy, low quality rice. probably long grain instead of jasmin or basmati with a few small chickens. I had the Thai-Kokos chicken with too little sauce to give the reisberg every taste. huge disappointment. pesticidal wei grabbed the place, but now it was a burhof. I...

Customer service was great!! We ordered online and got our food a few minutes after our arrival, the manager was so friendly and (after making sure we don't have shellfish allergy) gave us a gift from a few crab bandtons! No reason to be friendly and love it!

I ordered from here before and sometimes the vegetables were undercooked, but I did not find to be a problem as I like veggies, no matter what, but today I placed a Bourbon chicken order and it came out burned sad, the taste of the sauce was a little sour for burned chicken. I ate what I could since I was pushed to time and could not go back and back / exchange. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. After reading some reviews, it seems that this is not the first time that it happens.

I am sad to post this review of a fast point of feeding I visited earlier, but management should be aware of quality. I was in the Altamonte in a while and met my son for dinner last night. We ordered both chicken dishes and were disappointed when our dishes arrived, they were 75% rice and no sauce. The flavors were what I remembered (King Pao and Orange) but for $11-12/each I expect some proteins. We were hurried for time and left after picking up at our meals. I'll cross them from my list.
