"stopped in on Saturday October 1st to offer carry out after a long day. I ordered a large cheesesteak and a large fry. when I got home and went into the house, my entire order fell through the bottom of the bag onto the concrete. after I salvaged what I could I called the store and was told I would have to bring what was left back to them in order to have it remade which I wasn't willing to do after a long day. I ate what I could which was awful. it was soggy, greasy, hardly any meat and flavorless. SO disappointed. I will NEVER go back!"

I always order extra meat and extra cheese on my sandwich, although it is expensive. the last time they accused me of extra cash, but didn't give me any extra cash. I expect it's right because it's a $16 sandwich. the workers seem disturbed by me. they laughed with the customers before me and had a good time. when they handed my sandwich, they didn't even thank me. this review is for the location crookshank in western hills.

I know the cost for the deliveries are out of hand, but I had a $16 meal that wasn't worth it. I had a bigger new england grinder for a little less on the other day. I guess if they work 6 people and the half do nothing (dirty tables etc). I'd think they could save costs that have less. my sandwich had very little brot there. friends were plentiful, but this is cheap to make. I need to see others and try them out and see if there's one difference, because this one is mine.
