Like many places, the quality of staff varies from one restaurant to another—though Chick-fil-A seems to have consistent service. I plan to focus on the locations with better employees. Unfortunately, the staff at this particular location tends to be playful and frequently gets my order wrong. When I ask for extra mayo, I often receive none, and when I request extra tomatoes, I get just one. It's not that complicated! I rarely face issues at my usual spots, so I'll stick with the ones that show more care and attention."

Still put seasoning on my steak when I didnt want it so it was salty and dry because there was one drop of mayo on it I have had better.

The new manager has made significant improvements to this restaurant. The service is now quicker and more friendly than it has ever been. If you haven't visited since before November 2021, it's definitely worth giving them another chance.
