"If you want the best sub sandwich you will ever taste you need to go to Penn Station in Troy, Ohio. Wasn't a fan of their regular sub options, then I found the Dagwood. Build it exactly the way you want with good ingredients. What's not to like about that? Store is clean, folks at the counter are friendly. Not super fast, but worth the wait.

It looked like a very cluttered and small area for 7 people to be crawling over each other to make orders while they're getting bombarded with customers. The Employees did a pretty good job on our order, they seemed frustrated and a bit overwhelmed. The place was packed and I feel for them. They definitely need more room to work and I hope youre treating them well! Please improve your Employee experience, It will absolutely improve your customer experience!
