"Man. If you love chiles, Mexican, or just delicious food period. STOP HERE! We tried the hatch Chile burger- ugh! Man! It was just the right amount of spicy and juicy and glorious. We also tried the asada tacos. The meat was tender, seasoned well, and just as good! The tortilla were handmade y'all. Like what?! To drink we ordered the fresh aguas: Jamaica and lemonade . They were just the right amount to sweet to counter the spicy and savory of the food. The down: the fries were kinda plain- fixed them up with ketchup and tons of salt. I'm sure they are great with their loaded fries options like : carne aside fries and hot Cheeto fries but as a side with the extremely flavorful burger they f...

Outdoor dining, with a covered patio. Very colorful decorations. Two TVs. Get the 4 Street Tacos one of each kind : REAL Coca Cola in a bottle. Authentic Mexican Street Food. Permanently parked Food Truck is the kitchen : Owned by Mom Dad, who have ten mostly grown up kids who help run and operate the place. It's a family affair!!

Driving through Hatch on way from AZ to CO. Saw the bright yellow truck on the far West edge of town and decided to give it a try. Nice covered patio with picnic tables and super friendly staff. I had two street (Carne Asada and El Pastor) tacos, and my partner had a Burrito California which was huge. Food was delicious and perfect amount to fill us. We will definitely pass by the long line at Sparky's every time and come here instead. Looking forward to next February on our way through town!

"Was traveling through this area with a family member who had heard that there was a The Place in Hatch for breakfast. Mind you, Hatch UT barely qualifies as a wide spot in the road . There was only one qualified candidate: Sevier Coffee. First and foremost, this is primarily a coffee shop. I think the coffee menu board had between 12 and 15 more? items. I like good coffee but have simple taste: I had an Americano black . The hot breakfast menu had 7 to 9 items 1 or 2 were vegetarian but not vegan . We both had the Bacon Breakfast Burrito . If you 're familiar, it was just a bit smaller than a Chipotle burrito. !!! Scrambled egg, fried diced potatoes, bacon not really that much my only criticism? in a flour tortilla, heated to slightly crispy around the edge, with a side of thick salsa. My relative couldn 't finish and took the remainder for later. We were so impressed, even though we had moved campsites, we went back the next day. I repeated my order, my relative switched to the Bacon something? Croissant . We also split an Almond Danish. Delish! Perfect flakyness [sp? While we didn 't ask, we are both convinced that someone there has attended a culinary school and specialized in baking/pastry. We both believe that both the croissant and the danish were made onsite and not purchased from a supplier. We have no evidence I wish they hadn 't been so busy or I 'd have asked. The first day we stopped, we both needed to make use of the facilities . There are 2. Both unisex. Accessed from outside, not the shop interior always a red flag for what 's behind the door. I have never, ever, been in an 'outside access only ' bathroom so clean! I complemented them on it! Minor issue turn on either the hot or cold tap for the sink and, water leaked from around the cold water handle. I didn 't even tell them, they may not know. Extremely minor. For a breakfast, some might find it a bit pricey. The Burrito was $10, the Croissant $9 the smaller of 2 coffee sizes"
