"The food at this restaurant is average. Nothing special, Americanized “Tex Mex”. The service however, is horrible. We’ve come to this restaurant several times with the restaurant at maybe half capacity, and are asked to wait to be seated. I really enjoyed my Chile Verde Enchiladas and Chile Relleno! Everyone's food was great, I loved everything about this place! The food and flavor was awesome. I really appreciated the waitress that assisting us! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was one of the best waitresses I've had in a long time. I always have to go here when I'm in St. George. Well done, Peppers Cantina!
