I tried this place after I went to greenbelt, md, to pho 68. they recently started closing on Tuesday. So I have hunted other phos in the opposite and came to pho 88.

some slipping of service skills on a recent visit our server made 2 smaller mistakes plus never appeared after our order reflected in their tipp (yes, I'm the idiot that tilted with a $2 bill, but eating is still great. I've been here for about 20 years and love it!
